Review: Really poor flowers, had a bunch of roses for Valentine’s Day which came all bruised for £80 a bunch from interflora, had to Complain and was sent another lot which were all open and lasted all of 4 days. Very disappointed. They still have water in them as they are in an aquar box and have been kept in a cool place so they not dehydrated as they also have not been kept direct sunlight.

Review: EDIT: Their customer service is ABSOLUTELY amazing. As soon as I posted this review, I was greeted with an email informing me that I could pick up a replacement bouquet. This bouquet looked exactly like the image and when received I was extremely happy.
I am happy with how fast they created the flowers, I ordered on the same day and they were prepared by the time I had arrived. However I am extremely disappointed with how they look, the flowers look like they’re dying and they’re not at all similar to the photo I saw when ordered. It is not worth £37 as the flowers are so dull compared to the photo. Additionally, some petals are browning, when I expect a hand made bouquet to be fresh and full of life (not at all). I am extremely disappointed with the quality, especially as the water was wrapped in a plastic bag, so the stems were only dipped. Wasn’t nice at all. Just appeared cheap and not worth the £37. I even had to take the fliers out of the box due to the water leaking out, absolutely unhappy.
