Review: I bought a beautiful rug today which I absolutely loved and was also on sale so bonus , but what really gives it the five stars is the staff . There was a super helpful guy in there . I assume he was the manager ( if not , he should be ) He was just so lovely and helpful . And even though the shop was busy didn’t make me feel like I was a pain in the bum , when he had to get carpet down and even lay it out for me to see . I had to repark my car to get nearer to shop to get the rug in and when I came back he was helping a woman with candles by the tills . She was being abit fussy ( but not really ) and he was helping her find the wax content of the candle . Again not rushing her or making her feel she was a problem . It was just really nice to experience . Thank you very much . I wish I’d got his name now . I’m sure he brightens up a lot of people’s days and he doesn’t even know it 🙂

Review: I’m a regular and loyal customer who has always appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at your store. However, I had a very disappointing experience during my most recent visit.
I was waiting alone at the cash desk—there were no other customers or staff present at the time. When a staff member finally arrived, she served another customer who approached after me. I politely said, “Excuse me, I was here first,” but she ignored me completely.
After finishing with that customer, she simply said “Next,” and I stepped forward. Her attitude was cold and unfriendly, and she seemed unwilling to assist me. She didn’t even ask if I had a membership ID, which I had to show her myself. When I left, she looked at me in a way that made me feel disrespected and unwelcome.
This behavior was extremely disappointing and not what I expect from a brand like H&M. I hope this issue is addressed, so other customers don’t have similar experiences.
