Review: I have ordered many floral arrangements from small businesses all around the UK. They are always keen to be helpful, discuss colours, designs costs, delivery etc. The feedback pics I get are always a delight. I found the same good service when ordering an abundant hatbox arrangement called Twilight Dreams on Joanne’s website, ensuring she could replicate the colours, number of blooms and design for my daughter’s birthday surprise. I was assured this was the case, so I paid over the phone and arranged date and time of delivery. When it arrived my daughter sent a picture of a fairly sorry replica of the website illustration with fewer flowers and gaps in the arrangement. I immediately rang Joanne and told her of my disappointment. She offered to make up another arrangement straight away, deliver and take back the original. This is where my ‘complaint’ ends. My daughter sent a second picture and the flowers looked lovely. The colours were still right but there were far more blooms. I rang again, this time to thank Joanne for the replacement. I just wish she’d got it right first time: she would have saved herself time and petrol. Hopefully the difference in the illustrations will be helpful.
