Review: Ordered 2 bouquets and 5 bags of mixed petals for a funeral. Was told it would be ready at 11am the day before the funeral, so arrived at 12:15 and had to wait 25 minutes for the bouquet’s to be made… then realised the owner forget the bags of petals and that took another 20 minutes…
During a difficult time you would expect better customer service, i would not recommend them. The flowers and petals seemed rushed… why pre order when you have to stand in the shop and wait?
Never again… plenty of good florists in the local area

Review: As someone with Hayfever, I find the service to be appalling. Yes, I am aware that I shouldn’t have walked in without taking my medication, yet as I was taking it the staff were trying to have me removed for ‘contaminating the product’. Said products were wilting and already partially dead. The roses were sad and the daisies looked as though they had blossomed before the titanic had sank. Will never forget how awful the staff had treated me when all I wanted was some flowers to put next to my Granny’s grave.

Review: This is the 2nd time receiving flowers from this shop and their quality, flowers and packaging just keeps getting worse and worse – definitely not worth the price they’re selling them at. The flowers die after 1-2 days, the packaging is rubbish and the customer service is depressing. The bouquets you receive in person look nothing the bouquets on their website which is deceiving. Won’t ever be ordering or buying flowers from this place again. Extremely poor.
